Sv. Gregora kristīgās kalpošanas skola dibināta 1995.gadā. Tās dibināšanas iniciators bija arhibīskaps J. Vanags. Lai gan skolas identitāte ir luteriska, tā ir atvērta un pieņem studentus no jebkuras kristīgās konfesijas. Gadu gaitā paplašinoties darbības virzieniem, skola ieguvusi Misijas centra statusu.
