Our main field of activity is the creation of technological holes, openings, and niches for engineering communications (ventilation, water supply, sewage, electricity, and low-voltage networks) in all types of building materials. Using the most modern diamond drilling and sawing technologies, we offer top-quality services to both private individuals and legal entities. We travel to sites of any size – from small individual orders to large-scale construction projects throughout Latvia.

What do we offer?

• Technological hole drilling: We create holes for all types of communications, offering a wide range of core drill sizes – from Ø 12 mm up to massive Ø 950 mm.
• Sawing of openings and niches: We quickly and accurately saw window, door, and communication openings in walls and floors, choosing the most appropriate method for the specifics of each site.
• Demolition works: We perform safe and controlled dismantling of structures using drilling and sawing equipment.
• Full service cycle: We provide the installation of metal lintels for the sawn openings, as well as handle all necessary documentation in the Construction Information System (BIS).

Our technical equipment and working methods We work with tools from the world's leading manufacturers, allowing us to solve tasks of any complexity quickly and without unnecessary impact on building structures:

• Dry drilling with a vacuum cleaner (without wall mounting) The ideal solution for fully renovated premises. The tool does not need to be attached to the wall, and all dust is extracted directly into the vacuum cleaner. Maximum drilling diameter is up to 325 mm, and depth – up to 2 meters.
• Concrete sawing with a hydraulic wall saw Designed for working with any material. Cutting depth reaches 1 meter. This method ensures smooth, straight cut surfaces and edges with absolutely no vibration to the treated structure.
• Cutting with an electric floor saw Perfect for fast work execution indoors, as unlike petrol saws, it does not produce exhaust fumes. Cutting depth up to 32 cm.
• Creation of door and window openings with a ring saw Allows for quickly cutting an opening of any size with a cutting depth of up to 35 cm, without causing vibration to the treated surface.
• Creation of communication openings using the drilling method A technology that allows drilling communication openings of any size and thickness with absolutely no vibration or stress on existing walls or slabs.
