Starp dievnamiem, kas uzcelti 16. gadsimta beigās, ir arī Strazdes baznīca — īsts baznīcu arhitektūras šedevrs. Viena no retajām Kurzemes baznīcām, kuras vienkāršajā, tautas koka arhitektūrai radniecīgajā koncepcijā iekļaujas gan gotikas, gan agrīnā baroka stila iezīmes. Celtnes apjomi saglabājušies bez ievērojamām pārbūvēm. Vienīgi ieejas portāls, kā arī torņa frontoni un koka daļa attiecināmi uz 19. gs. Ar proporciju vienotību un atturīgo dekoru celtne ir īpatnēji harmoniska un labi iekļaujas apkārtējā ainavā. Iekštelpās līdzās lietuviešu mākslinieka P. Kalpoka altārgleznai «Kristus» (1904) ievērību pelna arī divi 1612. gadā no koka darinātie baznīcēnu soli ar dekoratīvajiem gliemežnīcu galiem. Uz baznīcas zvana (1890) ir uzraksts ar gadskaitli “1591”. 1885. gadā darinātās ērģeles ir Jēkabpils ērģeļu būvētāja Mārtiņa Krēsliņa darbs.
