Viesītes Evaņģēliski luteriskā baznīca jeb Viesītes Brīvības baznīca slejas uz 8 metrus augstā Valeskalniņa. Pirmā sakrālā celtne Viesītes pilsētā uzcelta vien 1939. gadā, līdz tam luterticīgie iedzīvotāji piederēja Sunākstes draudzei. Arhitekta Paula Kundziņa projektēto dievnamu pēc draudzes ierosinājuma nosauca par Brīvības baznīcu par godu Brīvības cīņām. Brīvības baznīca ir pēdējais Latvijā uzceltais luterāņu dievnams pirms 2. pasaules kara, kas iesvētīts 1939. gada Pirmajā adventē. 1994. gadā baznīcas interjers atjaunots pēc mākslinieces Ligitas Caunes plāna, tajā atrodas viņas radītā altārglezna „Ticība, cerība, mīlestība”. Piekļuve baznīcai pa kāpnēm no Viesītes vidusskolas vai Kaļķu ielas (Stadiona puses)!
