Bišu vaska šūnu plāksnei abās pusēs iespiestas bišu šūnu pamatņu formas. SIA „DEIVA” šūnas izgatavo no kvalitatīva, tīra vaska – bez mākslīgiem piemaisījumiem. Tās ir vaska dzeltenas ar patīkamu bišu vaska smaržu.
Bišu vasks šūnu ražošanas procesā tiek apstrādāts ar karsto tvaiku zem spiediena. Maksimālā apstrādes temperatūra sterilizācijas procesā sasniedz 140° C, tā rezultātā tiek iznīcināti maksimāli daudz bišu slimību izraisītāji un pārnēsētāji.
SIA “DEIVA” iesaka vaska šūnu plāksnes uzglabāt vēsā, tumšā, no tiešiem saules stariem pasargātā vietā. Ja šūnas ir bijušas vidē ar zemu gaisa temperatūru, pirms to izmantošanas vēlams uzsildīt līdz istabas temperatūrai.
Ilgstoši uzglabājot, šūnu plāksnes pārklājas ar bālganu apsarmojumu, jo uz vaska virsmas veidojas sīki kristāliņi. Tā nav šūnu bojāšanās pazīme. Lai apsarmojumu likvidētu, šūnas dažas minūtes izliek saulē.
