Babīte, rododendru selekcijas un izmēģinājumu audzētava

Latvijas Universitātes Rododendru selekcijas un izmēģinājumu audzētava “Babīte” dibināta 1980. gadā. Tā atrodas netālu no Rīgas, priežu mežā, 11,8 ha platībā. Audzētavā nodarbināti 18 darbinieki. Tā ir vienīgā specializētā rododendru audzētava Baltijas valstīs.

Stoves for bathhouses, houses and garden hearths. Real Russian bath-stoves. Ovens for baking, cooking, stewing. The size and appearance of stoves are changed according to customer wishes, in coordination with the interior.

Laimes ligzda. We offer romantic log building, nice Vidzeme landscape, country bathhouse with swimming pool and delicious meal, fire place till 30 places, bathhouse and cozy rooms. We are waiting for you in winter, Žagarkalns.

Jaņa Rozentāla Saldus Vēstures un mākslas muzejs, museum

Today, the museum complex includes four buildings, in which are located - the collection of museum, art exhibition hall, history exhibition hall and the administration. The museum dates back to 1947, when a decision on its establishment were made. The initial museum's treasure is the Rozental’s collection of the original works gathered by artist’s contemporary Marts Vējš.

Guest house Miķeļbāka offers camping houses. Shower and WC. It is possible to order meal. Bicycle rent, gathering berries and mushrooms. Not far from the sea.
