Description
Vārmes pagastā darbojas Vārmes evaņģēliski luteriskā draudze. No 1661. līdz 1663. gadam tika uzcelta baznīca, kura 1971. gadā tika ļaunprātīgi nodedzināta. 1995. gadā tika uzsākta jaunas baznīcas celtniecība. 2000. gada Ziemassvētkos notika pirmais dievkalpojums atjaunotajā ēkā. 2002. gada 29. septembrī Vārmes baznīca tika nosaukta par Vārmes Svētā Miķeļa baznīcu un tika iesvētīta.
