Rozēnu – Staiceles Evaņģēliski luteriskā baznīca celta 1930. gadā. Rozēnu - Staiceles draudzē darbojas aptuveni 40 vietējo iedzīvotāju.
Dievnams vairākas reizes cietis no vandaļu uzbrukumiem un zādzībām, bet draudze darbību nepārtrauca arī padomju gados. Tagad baznīca pakāpeniski tiek remontēta un sakārtota.
2002.g. par saziedotajiem līdzekļiem svētnamam atjaunoja torni.
2003. gadā galdniekmeistars Ziedonis Pelēkais izgatavojis jaunus dubultlogus, arī jauku svečturi, paliktņus, kur solu rindu galos novietot mazas eglītes un ārpusē draudzes ziņojumu dēli.
